Princess Tara

I brought this princess crown kit at a market last year. And it's taken me this long to finish it. It was a really time consuming job glueing on all the paper and filling back the edges.

So on Sunday morning when I had finished all that boring stuff I started to decorate. And I didn't stop til it was finished around 3.30pm. No house work was done and lucky for my children their dad was home. I didn't even have a shower til 2pm and that was only because my sister was coming around to pick up Tara.

Any way I am very proud of my first big off the page project. And Tara loves it which is all that matters. So on to the next one. Which is a christmas item, so I have a few months to do that one.

P.S Not that I'm showing off but I just had to say that I am nearly finished with my convention swaps. I decided that I was not going to be running around at the last minute as always trying to get them done. So hopefully I wont change my mind and end up making something else at the last min. Lol

This is fantastic! I've also done one of these and appreciate the time and effort involved. But look at the result. AMAZING!!
You go girl making your swaps early. That's not showing off, that's good sense!

WOW this is amazing Philippa. These albums take a lot of time and effort, but look at what you have - a gorgeous way to capture your little princess.

PS I too am so jealous that you have almost finished your swaps, I haven't even started thinking about them yet.
