Mad for Markers "0" blender challenge

This fortnight challenge over at Mad for Markers is "0" blending technique. You have to use your colourless blender.

I must say that I use my blender so much just trying to fix up my colouring. lol. I seem to like to colour outside of the lines (alot). What I have done is used my R89 to colour my button and then used my "0" blender to take off the ink. This was very easy to do. I have enclosed an up close photo of the button so you can see.

copics used

Dress - R81,83,85 and 89
Hair - E37,35,33,31
Hat - Y11,13,15
Skin - E000,00
Flower Yr 61, 82, 65 R85

A big thank you to Sammi and the girls for letting my be a guest designer for the past month. I have had lots of fun participating.

Head over to Mad for Markers for all your copic needs

Also I'm heading up for the colour conference in a couple of weeks. Might see some of you there. Cheers Philippa

18 Months later

Around 18months ago I went to SU convention. What a fabulous time we had. Even with the 2 fire evacuations. Leonie and I found these great shadow boxes in April and decided to create a piece of art to remember our time. You can find Leonie's piece here. She was alot quicker getting her's finished.

I had major issues because I was trying to match some back ground DSP which I loved, but in the end once I removed it,the rest just fell into place. Funny how that happens. Any way here is my master piece. I want to go with a bit of a party feel. One of the biggest memories for me is having lots of fun dancing and singing and getting all dressed up and going to the celebrations at the end of the Convention. And of course meeting the famous Shelley Gardner (CEO of SU) I'm very happy with the end result and I can't wait to start on the next box.

Fifth Ave Flowers and Purse

A friend had a surprise 40th on the weekend. So of course I wanted to make a special card to celebrate the occasion. I used fifth ave flowers and coloured in with my copic markers. I created this little top note purse to go with it.
