Mad 4 Markers - Pink and Yellow

Over at Mad 4 Markers they have a Pink and Yellow challenge going on at the moment. I coloured this little princess over a week ago but have had no time to put her on a card. I popped into my friend Susan's. house yesterday and she had made a side step card for her daughter's birthday and I thought what a great idea. So off I went. Finally finished her today as I had to borrow the Snow globe stamp set off Leonie as I needed a castle in the background. I'm planning to put a bit more bling on but Tara came home and I needed to quickly hide the card. TFL

Winter Wonderland-Wet/Dry Embossing

I have been feeling very festive lately and been wanting to make some chrissy cards. What better way to get into it with a challenge. Over at Winter Wonderland they have a Wet/Dry embossing challenge going on. It was great getting out the red and green colours again. I went with the tree trimmings set which match perfectly with this embossing folder I have had for years but never used. Opps. Bad me. Any way head over to Winter Wonderland if you feel up to partaking in a little christmas spirit. Thanks for looking.

Mad 4 Markers Challenge Winner

Well how chuffed was I to find out that I was the Mad 4 Markers winner of the Red Hair Challenge. Very appropriate due to the fact that I have red hair. lol. And then to find out that there was a prize. Wow I didn't even realise that. So thank you to Sammi and all the D.T girls over at Mad 4 Markers. Here is that card I made for that challenge. This weeks challenge is yellow and pink so pop along and check out the great cards.

A gift for my mum

Mum has just celebrate a very special birthday and I decided to make this special book on behalf of my sisters and I as a rememberance of the day. I found this little book in Spotlight. It's like an autograph book for everyone at the party to sign. Mum didn't have a big party so I decided to decorate with a couple of photos. The paper was from a local craft shop which went fantastically with Fifth Ave Florals. Mums fave colours are red, blue and cream so it all went wonderfully I think.

Inkspirations Colour Challenge #76

Over at Inkspirations they have a cool colour challenge going on. They are using colours that I just seem not to use so i thought it perfect. I decided to team it with the lovely Fifth Ave Flowers. Sorry about the photo quality. It is really bad. I took this just 20min ago in the sunshine. I think the camera is going.

Mad for Markers- red hair challenge

How could I resist going into the red hair challenge. I must say I don't have alot of red hair options. Will have to invest in some more markers maybe.lol

Any way over at Mad for Markers they have a red hair challenge going on. I decided to go with the deep dark auburn hair like my own. And then I kept with the Philippa theme and coloured her in wearing my fave colours teal and browns. I hope you like her.
