Blue's and Brown's + Tara's first day

Another great morning of colouring in. This time for the card I got the inspiration from Bron. I have just found her blog today and she does some lovely things. So thanks Bron for the inspiration. I used Not Quite Navy, Soft Suede and Crumb Cake.

Mad for Markers Challenge

I'm having lot's of fun playing with my new copic markers. So I thought that I would do a challenge to help me practice. I have only done a handful of images so I need all the practice I can get.

Practice, Pratice, Practice

Here is one of my first card's I have made with my copic markers. I'm still practicing my colouring in but here is my finished card. I had a little trouble with my colouring of the hair. Not sure if I used the right colours for blonde/brown.

Cards by Candlenight

I invited Leonie and Susan around for a bit of a card night. But when the storm hit I was wondering if they where going to get here at all. Especially when we work with paper and all that water. Any way the rain parted for a brief minute and Leonie and Susan arrived all ready to go. First things first. We opened a bottle of wine. lol

Then the power went out.

It was so funny. We just sat there laughing. Finally having some time to stamp and we were in the dark. But never fear. Out came the candles. See what us card makers will put up with just so we can stamp.

Two hours later and we are still stampin. Not getting alot done but it was a good night.
