Same again

I decided to continue with the botanical blossoms set and make two more cards, just with different colours. Sorry about the photo. I never seem to be able to get the photo right.

For the first card I used bordering blue, night of navy and whisper white card stock. Bordering blue, night of navy and mellow moss markers. And finished off with night of navy ribbon.

For the second card I used pretty in pink, rose red and choc chip textured paper. Choc chip, pretty in pink and rose red markers. Finished off with a misc pink brad and pretty in pink ribbon. I must say I love co-ordinating my ribbon. TFL

Colour Challenge #42

Am so excited that I started stampin again. I must say it's been a while since I have picked up a marker and had some fun. Any way I think I just needed a break from it all. My son Cameron has started school and my beautiful 3 year old daughter Tara had an operation today. So I think that it has all taken a toll, especially on my need to stamp. But now that it is all behind me and everyone is on the mend I decided to do a colour challenge. Yeah!!!

I used the botanicals blossoms. I really like this set. It reminds me of my very first card I did using the two step process. I used the old olive textured paper for some thing different and finished off with more mustard ribbon and brad.

Thanks for looking

My babies first day of school

It has been such a busy frantice day and this is the first time I have had to hop on the computer and share with you a photo of my son's 1st day of school. It has all gone well, and Cameron said he is happy to go back again tomorrow. Yeah.

I must say I coped quite well for most of the day, but it is sad knowing that he is growing up and might not need his mum all the time.
